Acquati pneumatic die cutters are designed to punch laboratory specimens using dies manufactured in accordance with international standards.
- MF/04 model reaches pressures up to 4,500 kg/cm².
- MF/05 model reaches pressures up to 5,500 kg/cm².
- MF/07 model reaches pressures up to 7,000 kg/cm².
Thanks to this increasing power, each version is suitable for materials with different hardness, thickness, and structure—from pressed cardboard to technical multilayer laminates.
Pneumatic automation and ease of use
Pneumatic control ensures uniform application of the cutting force, guaranteeing specimen repeatability and operator safety. Use is fast and intuitive, suitable for production environments, laboratories and QC departments. The machines only require a simple compressed-air connection and do not need special maintenance.
Compatibility with dies and operational modularity
MF die cutters are fully compatible with Acquati extractor-equipped dies and allow cutting of a wide range of materials: paper, cardboard, leather, fabric, foam and composites.
