Large-scale Performance
The AG/SE–AG/50E series includes high-capacity electronic dynamometers, ideal for complex mechanical tests on materials such as metals, plastics, paper, textiles, rubber, leather and wood.
Each model allows tensile, compression, bending, cutting and dynamic cycle tests, in compliance with international standards (AFNOR, ASTM, ISO, UNI, etc.).
Interchangeable load cells and integrated electronics ensure constant precision even at high loads, from 50 to 500 kN.
Mechanical Structure & Intelligent Control
The dynamometer is built on a solid steel structure, with ground columns, recirculating-ball screws and a self-aligning mobile crosshead.
Load control does not require moving the load cell to switch between test modes.
Control is handled by a console with membrane keyboard, dual backlit display and software for:
- hysteresis cycle programming
- speed control up to 500 mm/min
- automatic limit management
- program storage and display
- RS232 or 485 interface for PC connection
Application Flexibility & Custom Configurations
Available with travel from 750 to 1250 mm, these instruments weigh between 700 and 2000 kg.
Each model can be customized with modular accessories: compression plates, blister/flat-package devices, peel/adhesion/tear/three-point bending/bending/shear/tensile grips, as well as fixtures for footwear, leather and plastic films. Compatible with strain-gauge extensometers, external sensors and chart recorders, they offer full coverage of mechanical and standards-based tests.
