How does scheduled calibration work?
Our service lets you choose dates and procedures that fit your production schedule and internal availability. We plan activities to minimise downtime and coordinate logistics in advance. For urgent cases, we can arrange priority interventions within agreed time frames.
Can you calibrate instruments not manufactured by Acquati?
Yes, absolutely. Our service covers materials-testing instruments from any manufacturer. We analyse the instrument setup, identify the applicable reference procedures and perform the work with the same accuracy and reliability we guarantee for our own products. Just provide the technical data and the usage context to start the assessment.
Can you perform calibration at our site?
Yes. On request we carry out on-site calibration with certified equipment and qualified personnel, following all safety and access rules. Alternatively, we can organise insured courier pickup and calibrate the instrument in our laboratory.
How long does a calibration take?
The duration depends on the instrument’s complexity and the number of measurement points to be verified. As a guideline, a dynamometer or a testing machine typically requires 2 to 6 hours. We can adapt the intervention to your plant’s operational needs.
Are your reports valid for ISO certifications and quality audits?
Yes. Our calibration reports are prepared in accordance with major national and international standards. They are suitable for internal and external audits, inspection activities, and the technical documentation required by quality management systems such as ISO 9001, by laboratory standards like ISO/IEC 17025, and similar frameworks.
