Reliability in dynamic tests
The AG/MC 2 model is a universal, single-column electronic dynamometer designed for tensile, compression, bending and cutting tests, even on soft or elastic materials. Integrated with a high-resolution extensometer, it enables direct measurement of deformation along the useful length of the specimen. It is particularly suitable for testing cords, leather, elastomers, silicones and plastics in general.
Components and advanced functions
The machine is equipped with interchangeable load cells (up to 5000 N), touch-screen console, membrane keyboard and dual backlit graphic display. The system allows programming of complex cycles (constant load, hysteresis, variable speeds, etc.) and real-time reading of:
- Applied load and peak load
- Elongation in mm and %
- Number of cycles set
Crosshead speed (up to 900 mm/min)
Control is possible from the panel and via PC, thanks to the RS232 or Ethernet interface and Windows-compatible software.
Compact frame and custom configurations
The AG/MC 2 dynamometer has a travel of 1250 mm, weighs 120 kg and measures 630×490×1785 mm. It features a dedicated microprocessor, overload protection system for the load cells and automatic calibration program. The extensometer gauge length is adjustable from 10 to 100 mm, with a resolution of 0.01 mm and accuracy of ±0.5%.
